Cancellation Policy

Policy Details – Please Read Before Booking Thank you for choosing our auto detailing services! To ensure the highest level of service for all our customers, please review the following policies before completing your booking: Cancellation & Rescheduling: We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer appointments to other customers. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. Additional Charges: A pet hair removal fee will apply if excessive pet hair is present in the vehicle. A deep cleaning fee will apply if there is excessive staining. A clearing fee will apply if we need to remove personal items from the vehicle prior to detailing. These charges will be assessed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
